After consulting with you, we will find a selection of properties that we believe match, or as close as possible match your criteria.  We will then take you to view the properties at a mutually convenient time.  Your feedback is always appreciated as if the properties we choose are not suitable we can suggest alternatives.

Once you have chosen your perfect rental property, Paradise City Property will draw up a contract between you, the tenant and the owner. The contract covers both you and the owner and both parties will know exactly what is expected from them.  You have no need to worry about your deposit as so long as you meet all your obligations this will be returned to you on, or very soon after your departure date.

If you are an owner, we will professionally list your property for rent on our website and promote in other forms of media, both locally, nationally and internationally.  This will give you the best possible exposure and give you the best chance of letting your property.  If you are not around, we can manage your property, taking care of bills and anything else that you feel is necessary to ensure the upkeep of your property.  When a tenant moves in we will carry out a full inventory so both parties know exactly what is present in your property.
