Paradise Properties is a property agency based in Pattaya, Thailand. This policy explains what information we handle when you use pattaya-property.biz and how we look after it.

You can reach us at any time at sales@pattaya-property.biz, or on WhatsApp or LINE.

When you send us an enquiry, whether through a form on this site, WhatsApp, LINE, email or a phone call, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and message. We use these only to answer you and to help with your rental or purchase.

Your favourites, recently viewed properties, language and currency choices are stored on your own device, in your browser. They are not sent to us and we cannot see them.

We use your enquiry details to reply to you, arrange viewings, and help you rent or buy a property. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not send marketing emails you have not asked for.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or LINE, your messages are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies. We recommend reading them if you use those apps.

We count page visits and button taps, such as how often a WhatsApp button is used, to understand which properties and pages are useful. These counts are not used to identify you personally.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to help you. If you would like us to delete your details, email sales@pattaya-property.biz and we will do so.
